Don’t want to receive any more coffee, or just want to skip a delivery (or a few)? Both options are easy to manage yourself through your account at my.Wakuli.
If you want to pause your subscription, go to the top right and click on ‘My settings’ > ‘My settings’. At the bottom left, you’ll see the option to stop your subscription. Your deliveries will be paused indefinitely, and you can reactivate them anytime.
Want to fully delete your account? At the bottom left, you’ll find the option to stop your subscription and delete your account (“Cancel account”). Your data will be removed and you won’t be able to log in anymore. Of course, you’re always welcome to place a new order or start a subscription again at wakuli.com.
