The Specialty Coffee Association rates coffee beans on a scale from 1 to 100 through a process called cupping, which is a standardized method for evaluating coffee. Only coffee that scores above 80 can be sold as specialty coffee. Wakuli sells coffee that scores above 84, so all our coffee qualifies as specialty coffee.
