There’s a big difference between one that’s just been opened and one that’s been sitting out for a few days. It’s the same with freshly roasted coffee. That’s why the long shelf life of supermarket coffee doesn't make much sense. Once roasted, the coffee should be packed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Coffee tastes best within 2 and 6 weeks of roasting. That’s why we ship our coffee within 7 days of roasting at the latest. Once it arrives, make sure to store it as airtight as possible to preserve its flavours and aromas.
